Just shipped the biggest Cannon Studio update yet.

Here’s what’s new:

Seedance 2.0 is fully supported.

The entire UI got a full redesign. We wanted the app to feel cleaner, more focused, and more intentional across the board.

There’s now a new Worlds system. You can build reusable spaces for your characters, locations, objects, cameras, outfits, abilities, lore, and linked projects instead of rebuilding the same creative foundation every time.

Abilities are now modular assets that attach to characters and help ground the visual style and canon rules around their powers and skills.

Outfits are reusable clothing assets that can help drive character generation more consistently.

There’s also a new Camera system. You can upload example images, define the kind of camera style you want, and then reuse that camera setup across projects.

We added a full Asset Library with dedicated asset studios so it’s easier to create, organize, and reuse everything.

There’s a new Story Builder too. You can talk through story ideas and chapter beats with an AI assistant, then turn those story assets directly into Creator Flow projects.

One of the biggest updates is world-aware image and video generation. You can now prompt naturally and reference saved assets by name instead of constantly re-uploading reference images. Cannon Studio will automatically pull from your world and use the right references for image and video generation, including Kling and Seedance-supported workflows.

There’s also a new Timeline flow where you can cherry-pick your favorite generations in the in-world generator, build out a visual sequence, and send it directly into Creator Flow or Video Composer.

Project creation has been reworked too. You can now start from a brand new world, use an existing world, or build a new world from saved assets.

Also added fullscreen mode, plus a lot of smaller improvements all over the place.
