I'm involved with someone who owns a fruits and veggie shop. As you can imagine, they've been throwing a lot of product that's not good for consumption. I've always composted stuff at home with kitchen scraps and some other stuff I have from my very small urban garden, but this has open a new world of possibilities for me.
I mostly do this as a hobbie and to give people as a present for their house plants, but I wouldn't mind invest on some more space to make more compost and have more plants, for example, or maybe open a little local business or give it to them so he can give a lil compost bag for big sales?? My head is a mess right now, but I know I don't want all that stuff to go to waste.
