Anyone else's ultrasound mention a polycystic ovary???

My ultrasound was about a week ago but the report just posted to my patient profile. It mentioned that one of my ovaries was polycystic. I was wondering if this was something "normal" that occurs during pregnancy, or if I should be worried about pcos/pmos? I was being evaluated for endometriosis right before getting pregnant due to abnormal pain during my period that has gotten worse over that last couple years. I have had some other pmos-like symptoms (worse acne than normal, difficulty losing weight, a few new skin tags, some darker hairs growing on my chin) over that last 2-3 year but not irregular periods so I never considered pmos. But apparently there is a type of pmos that does not cause irregular periods or infertility. will be talking to my ob about it next month but I was just curious if anybody has gone throughsomething similar?
