I'm trying to connect to my tcl fire tv with adblink and it keeps saying it can't connect to the ip. When I try connecting through the console it says "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (10060)"

Please help.
