Please share your easy go-to protein rich food recipes

I have recently started to eat in a calorie deficit and will start strength training too. I need easy to make protein rich recipes so I don't have to completely rely on supplements. Please share your "I swear by" recipes 🥹🙏

(FYI I am Indian and I live in India. I am non vegetarian so chicken, etc is fine, it's just that buying and making non veg everyday is a bit of a hassle. My cooking skill are 4/10 but I live with someone who cooks so it's not an issue)

I have understood now that it's very important for women to do strength training and build muscle. My issue is that I cannot join any gym at the moment, so you you recommend some YouTube channel, etc which helped you strength train at home and the creator was genuine unlike many fitness creators who lie or share false facts etc to create views and following etc.

Also tbh I'm a bit scared to join the gym, mostly women to cardio, etc which seems not that technical, but weight training equipments requires the person to have proper posture , etc etc so feels a bit daunting. I don't have anyone around me to guide at a gym and I definitely DON'T have the money for a personal trainer 🫠
