Warranty Claim confirming address
I got an email couple days ago asking for my address to be confirmed by support@lianli.zendesk.com so they can ship a new PSU, all the info was correct so I just replied that it's all good. It's been 2 days now and I've heard nothing back after confirming it. Would there be any other way of confirming it? Do I send another warranty claim?
