So I’m a current uk PA and I’m unsure what to do next. The uk job climate for PA sucks at the moment. From what I’ve seen people have pivoted into different pathways. I’ve considered:

Retraining- ANP/ACP, grad entry medicine
Non clinical- pharma, med tech, medical communications.
Leaving healthcare- teaching, corporate roles/grad schemes.

For those who have left what did you move into and what would you suggest for me?
