Live black wire popped out of receptacle, how do I make this temporarily safe?
In a bad rental situation right now with outlets that are obviously not installed well. This just happened when I unplugged something. I don't have access to the breaker box. What do I need to do to make sure this doesn't start a fire until I can get the landlord to do something about it?
