Hi folks, my husband and I are selling up our house in Dublin to move to our home county to be closer to family. It’s a lovely mid terrace 3 bed 1 bath in Inchicore and pretty much turn key/renovated with some minor updates needed (bathroom and utility are a bit tired).

Does anyone have any recommendations for an estate agent to sell with or is there much in the difference? Looking at Brock De Lappe (mainly because they’re only 2 mins from our house) and Owen Reilly.
