Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried a lot of different ways to fix it. From WiFi+ to removing both the sim cards. Nothing seems to work. The thing is the phone can receive both calls and texts, it can also call and text. The problem is just the internet connectivity.

My dad's phone has had this problem for about 4 days now. The model is the Honor X7c.
