I’m renting a borey, and the landlord asked me to sign two contracts. One has a lower price for the government, and the other has the actual rent amount.
Is this normal? Anyone else dealt with this? Feels a bit off, but maybe it’s common practice here.

Hello fellow exiles! I've been enjoying Conan on and off for the past eight years, and in the past, I would usually visit the Pippi Discord to find a server to play on. However, it seems that those Discords aren't being updated as frequently anymore. I also used to check the AOW promoted servers list, but it appears that it’s not being updated as much either. If anyone could kindly recommend a place or perhaps some of the more popular new mods that have server lists for players to join, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much!
