My custom pendant from Aporro finally landed. The iced out work is flawless, BUT they accidentally shipped it with a 20-inch rope chain instead of the 18-inch Cuban I originally asked for. I DM'd their support expecting a massive headache. Surprisingly, the rep didn't even argue. Apologized, let me keep the wrong chain, and expedited the correct Cuban to me the next day. Small mix-up, but mad respect for how they handled the customer service.
