i am trying to replicate that effect in the video the best i can but i feel like i failed at it !. Can some one help me explain how he did it one to one ?

I am making a Wow Machinima and i wanted to create an effect where light beams come out of the door entrance ore it glows ( btw the effects has to flicker witch i think i messed up ).
I tried replicating it with the glow effect and then adding the wiggle 2, 0.7.
PLS HELP !!!!
turns out the Nordheim building set it bought did not included the rest of the builds but no worries you can buy it for 750 more plus armor i do not want and that is extremely overpriced.
