I don't know enough to judge I know that Kamen rider s can come back as long as people need them or something but apparently that's people doubt it l so I don't know if they will count it or not also I'm assuming that they have equal stats and that the winner is decided by other factors hypothetically

Both meet a woman associated with the colour red who was one of, if not the, top person in their world at the time (Scarlet overkill, the greatest supervillain of all time/Makima, the control devil) but gru easily outdid overkill while Reze was killed and later controlled by makima Reze is a female spy who fell in love with the protagonist (denji) while gru is the protagonist who fell in love with a female spy (lucy)
and while gru has his minions as his followers, reze was in a way, made into a blind follower when she and the other hybrids were in makimas control also both denji and Lucy are ginger's .
