I got fired, so I made my own tool (it's not that good)
hey guys,
so yeah, the title basically says it all. got let go from my dev job a few weeks back (the job market is a total bloodbath rn, stay safe out there). instead of just doomscrolling linkedin and feeling sorry for myself, i decided to channel my stress into a side project.
i was talking to some realtor friends and realized they spend an insane amount of time doing tedious stuff that could easily be automated. so, i threw together a simple web app to help them out.
tbh it's nothing crazy and the UI is kinda barebones since it's just me working on it, but it actually works and has been saving my buddies a decent chunk of time.
if there are any realtors, agents, or honestly anyone in here who wants to tear my project apart, i'd love some brutal feedback. roast the design, tell me what's missing, or let me know if it's actually useful at all.
