how did you build good CRO oversight without it becoming...terribly annoying?
For anyone who has worked on the sponsor side - how did you build strong oversight without duplicating their work or micromanaging every detail? what was/is extremely painful?
I’d really especially love concrete examples. Even small ones like
“we only realized ___ too late”
“we tracked ___ in spreadsheets”
“the CRO report said everything was green, but ___”
“we wished we had one place to see ___”
Not trying to bash anyone - just trying to understand what's working/failing for everyone.
