I've been experimenting with AI tools for tracking reading progress/brainstorming story ideas/learning with AI, and I keep running into problem. For example I'm unable to keep the reading progress and reimagine a plot on what I read

I started building something to address this, but before going further I want to understand: what are the pain points you are experiencing with existing tools?

Specifically curious about:

- Features that sound good but you never use

- Things you wish existed but don't

- Tools you tried and abandoned (and why)
