How to understand such placements?

M24. Any positives for such placements?
Very much introverted from childhood. Had a very bad, controlled childhood. Bad with expressing feelings and very small group of friends.
Had a very bad college life.

Bad start with career too, Nothing positive from the career perspective for the past 24 months.

Want to move on from it, Nothing is moving in my side. when things will start moving?
