Tried my first BBQ yesterday and honestly… it turned out pretty good 🔥
One thing I struggled with though — the heat was only sitting around 150°C. I’m guessing I didn’t use enough briquettes, and I was using a smaller chimney starter, so maybe that limited things a bit.
Food still came out nice, but definitely feel like I need better heat control next time.
Any tips for managing temperature and how many briquettes to use (especially with a small chimney)? Cheers!
