Hello, I am an incoming student for a PhD program this Fall. I received an FEV notation for a course from this semester (Undergrad senior) for a course I took due to academic integrity. It was my first time violation but my school is pretty strict so I ended up failing the course and receiving an EV notation. I still have a high GPA with this but looking for advice on how to communicate this to my program and be transparent.
