Pretended my 30th Anniversary portal was defected to get a new one free.

I had been unlucky and never was able to secure a new 30th anniversary ps portal (thanks scalpers).

Found someone selling theirs for close to what it would cost me to buy new + taxes.

It was a fairly new condition, however I called up PSN support. States that the wifi wasn't working. Sent it in. Got a brand new 30th anniversary portal.

I have no regrats

I am relatively new to Data Engineering and ETL processes as a whole.

Work in Healthcare where we have many vendors that is sending us daily files of patient information.

Prior to acquisitions, I speak to the organization analyst team, we deep dive into expected fields, values, data types, etc. I send them examples of what we typically expect to see.

However.. time and time again i feel the first set or week of files is always a mess.. is this the norm?

Leadership then hounds me how "this is all wrong" and I feel shitty.

Feeling i should just go back to clinical tbh
