Reg City Carrier Work Assignment
Whole damn office every single day being told to do 30-45 minute Pivots. Supervisor comes around and first thing she says is your Pivot amount before ever telling you a mail count or anything. Im either telling them no in the morning or they're telling me well the numbers show it a Pivot and I just call later and let em know it aint happening.
We got guys working off the clock casing, doing clerk work and with a straight face let this Supervisor come up to them during their walkaround and say they have a Pivot. Most the carriers let it happen. Been fighting it for 3 weeks now since I started at this new station.
My last station I did total of 3 pivots in 2 years. Ive been told to Pivot everyday besides Monday. Ive worked a total of 16 days here. Like 12 days Ive been told to Pivot. This route Im on was literally just adjusted in Jan.
Anyone's office this damn crazy with Pivots?
