Quick question for the group , especially other freelancers and web devs.
Just had a real estate agent ask for a full website with:
• MLS integration
• “Looking to Buy” and “Looking to Sell” pages
• Property portfolio section
• Standard contact/about pages
They wanted it all done for under $150.
I quoted them what I believe is a fair (much higher) price for the work and integration involved, but now I’m second-guessing myself. Is their expectation completely unrealistic, or am I overquoting for this type of project?
Would love to hear your thoughts on realistic pricing for something like this in today’s market.
