One month update on Ditto and I’m honestly shocked.

I’ve dealt with PMDD symptoms for 21 years and tried what feels like everything. I already weight lift 3 times a week, eat really healthy, prioritise sleep, manage stress, all the “do the right things” stuff… and still every month I’d get hit.

Since starting Ditto, I’ve had ZERO PMDD symptoms this cycle. No rage, no hopelessness, no anxiety spiral, no feeling like I become a different person for two weeks of the month. It’s the first time in a long time I’ve felt consistently like myself.

I know everyone is different and nothing works for everyone, but for me this has been the missing piece when lifestyle stuff alone wasn’t enough.

Genuinely the best money I’ve spent on my health ever. If you’re struggling and feel like you’ve tried everything, it might be worth looking into.
