I feel like my Oura ring is always telling me I need rest, and it’s starting to make me not want to wear my ring anymore. On average, I get around 9 hours of good sleep, but I’ve always had a high heart rate and it’s messing with my readiness levels. For example, yesterday my ring said I had “major signs of something straining the body” bc my resting HR was 70, but I felt amazing. Idk I feel like it’s throwing my brain off, especially when I’m finally getting back into a regular workout regime after a few years of falling off. Does this happen for other people who have a higher heart rate??

I’m really curious why people are unhappy with restaurants having bump-outs? From my perspective it seems to increase the local business’s sales/helps the local economy thrive. And the owners have to pay $$$ to have them in the first place. Sure, losing 23 parking spots might be mildly annoying, but they’re usually taken up by Texans anyways.🤷🏻‍♀️ What are y’all’s thoughts?🤔
