I had a fitting recently and the fitter suggested the following positions for the saddle. How does one measure each of these?

Saddle Height: 815mm

- is that from center crank to top of saddle or rails?

Saddle setback: 101mm

- how is this determined? From bar center to front of saddle?

Saddle angle: -4.7

-I have no idea here

Thanks I purchased a new bike and the shop is setting this up but I'll be changing the saddle to the one the fitter recommended and will have to check all of these measurements.
