It seems that a lot of people still doesn't know how the 2 minutes ward cheating works and they thought that the only way to spectate is through watching games as stream friend.

If your mmr is high enough, your match will appear on DOTA's watch tab where anyone can spectate with 2 minutes delay with both team's vision available (unlike watching through steam friends which only gives 1 side of team's vision).

This cheating method has a very low barrier to exploit and no known ban is given yet if abused.
