We are hiring an Experienced Part-Time Executive Assistant!
We are a small family owned, veteran run electrical contracting company based in Canada. We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to act as a right hand to our ownership.
About the Role: This is not a high stress agency role; we are looking for someone long term. We offer stable, long term employment starting as a part-time position at 20 hours per week to start. As our company expands, we expect this role to grow into full-time.
While we offer flexibility regarding your daily schedule, you may need to be available for occasional meetings during Eastern Time business hours.
Your Responsibilities:
Managing the owner’s email inbox and calendar with a high level of intuition and foresight.
Handling various administrative and operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Providing occasional Operational coverage as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in the trades or home services industry is a significant asset.
Professional communication skills and a clear, neutral accent for client-facing tasks.
Familiarity with Service Titan or GoHighLevel is a major advantage, so please make sure to highlight any experience you have with these two programs.
