Slow progress Jan - May
Just wanted to share my progress here for accountability. Tried to lock in with my cardio, progressive lifts, and nutrition for the last few months.
Fell off in April due to my soul dog leaving me … slowly trying to get back into the routine. Just wanted to see your thoughts because body dysmorphia is a thing and I’m not entirely satisfied with my current progress.
The first photo is my starting and my glutes and arms are just flabby in the beginning. Feel free to share tips as I’m completely new to this!
