ID Verification Issue - New Player - (Requesting a manual review)

I am reaching out as a last resort regarding my ticket #13367155. I am a new CS2 player (only 100 hours).
During my first identity verification, I experienced a technical error. Being a beginner and not knowing the strictness of the rules, I got confused and tried testing the system with other documents to see if it would work (I thought that because I am a minor, something might have gone wrong with my own ID). I now realize this was a mistake that triggered a fraud alert.
Support told me the only way forward is to delete my account and wait 6 months. However, my Steam account has over 10 years of service and Prime status. If I delete my FACEIT account, I will lose the ability to play on this Steam ID forever, which is devastating for a long-time Steam user who just started on FACEIT.
I have already provided a high-quality selfie of myself holding my original ID and photos of both sides of the document in the ticket. I am the rightful owner and I never intended to deceive anyone — I am just a new player and I was confused.
Could a moderator please look into this manually? I just want a second chance to verify my own identity correctly and play on the platform.
