Why are there so many people on social media saying that Kirill and Sasha are the ONLY parents supportive of Vaughn's sexuality?

Don't get me wrong, I think Kirill and Sasha are amazing parents, definitely among the best. But with the exception of Yaroslav and Kayden's family, the rest of the guys have supportive parents and families regarding their sons sexuality too

Kyle and Rai actually suspected that Niko might like both women and men, even before they walked into his room having sex with a boy and a girl at the same time. They may have made their mistakes as parents, but they supported their son's sexuality 100%

Asher and Reina were also supportive of Gareth regarding his sexuality. As much as I dislike Asher, I have to admit that he always cared about Gareth and would never have judged him. Reina liked Kayden and accepted him quickly, and as for Asher, his problem was more that Kayden was Gareth's partner, not his son's sexuality

Astrid and Levi suspected that Bran liked boys. I mean, they also said that they thought he was at least bisexual, if not gay. They just always waited for Bran to come out to them on his own terms. So they didn't have a problem with Bran's sexuality either

So even though these parents mentioned above may have shortcomings in terms of parenting, they were all supportive of their sons in terms of their sexuality, and it wasn't just Kirill and Sasha who supported their queer son

What's with the total lack of condom use by the characters? Ok, I get that most girls are on birth control, but how come even at the first sexual interaction with their man, no one thinks to use a damn condom, because most of them certainly haven't discussed STDs beforehand.

How is it possible that Bran and Vaughn, some of the most responsible and calculated men in the second generation, agree not to use condoms, especially in the first sexual interactions between them and their significant other. Bran didn't even realize this until the next day when he saw Niko with Simon and had that jealous fit where he brought Niko condoms. And Vaughn too easily agreed not to use condoms with Yulian. And sure Niko and Yulian are wonderful, but their reputation as manwhores was pretty obvious, and from Bran and Vaughn it seems a bit out of character and reckless

From the first generation, among the RES men I think only Levi and Ronan actually used condoms, at least the first time, but after that they also abandoned them

Kyle and Rai I know for sure that they didn't because I reread their books recently, and Kyle didn't want to. And the rest of the couples in the mafia and empire series I don't remember exactly

I don't expect everyone to use it, but from some it really seems like something totally out of character from them, especially during their first sexual interactions.

Am I overthinking this too much? I'd really like to know other perspectives

Edit: I know a lot of MMCs said they've always used condoms up until then, but realistically you can get STDs from kissing or oral sex and some of the MMCs seem reckless enough that they wouldn't have been paying attention
