These 5 teas changed my life during PMS and I want that for the rest of you too!
The most distressing symptom of my pmdd is loss of my emotional regulation. I just turn into a monster 10 days before my period. I try not to call out of work or cancel plans but sometimes I have to because I just can’t pull myself together enough to function. The other one is very low energy and motivation. My friend suggested drinking a mix of these 5 teas basically every week except during follicular:
Mugwort
Black Cohosh
Ashwagandha
Rose Hips (whole)
Skullcap
The relief is pretty immediate which is great. I’m not as tired or quick to fly into a rage, It’s not as hard to keep up my day to day care. It’s been incredible, I can’t believe tea could make me feel this good! I do suggest adding a lot of lemon and a spoonful of some raw honey bc the mugwort tastes like ass. None of these interact with my meds but check w your doctor, safety first!
