Two of the German Empire’s most important allies during the Weltkrieg and in-game, the Ottoman and Habsburg Empires share certain similarities: both are multiethnic states ruled by ancient dynasties and surrounded by various enemies. In game both are presented as having the chance of reforming, surviving, achieving regional hegemony and helping their old ally in the Second Weltrkieg.
