Female 5 foot 7” SW 270 CR 239, I’ve been on 1.0 for 3 months now and I’m down 30 since January which yay however I am totally stuck.

0 side effects which is why I’ve been enjoying 1.0, is there anyway to jolt the system without going up to 1.7 or is the logical progression to up my dose? I haven’t been eating more than 1500-1700 calories a day, I am quite active (work outs/cardio 4 days a week), even on lazy weeks I am walking a lot. Basically stuck for 3 weeks now.

Any advice would help, thank you!
