I have about 180k in Xuu within my RRSP. I am looking to convert that to VTI to avoid withholding tax. My question is, what is the most effective way to do that. The plan is to use norberts gambit but it feels like a lot to pull out of the market all at once. Maybe I break it into 25% chunks and pay more journaling fees? Or maybe there's an idea I'm not thinking of?
