I understand the irony of asking a subreddit about a game whether I should play said game, but it feels like from a lot of the history youtube videos I've seen, DBD is coming out of a rather rough year, and I'd like to ask about the current state of the game, especially for a new player. I've had my eye on it for a while now, but have never truly taken the plunge into DBD, and I'm currently a little hesitant despite being on a bit of a kick of DBD videos lately. Is the game, to you, in a good state to join?
