I was wanting to take my pedal kayak from fall lake up to jackfish bay being this is a motorized zone from what I’ve been told, but was informed by the forest service pedal kayaks are illegal to use in the boundary waters even in motor zones. I’m curious as to if anyone has an idea as to why? I understand in the non motor zones but why can’t they even be where boats with outboards are?
