Has anyone here ever bought a property from tax sale?
Thinking about putting an offer in on a tax sale from a city . I think that there's people living in this place right now and I'm wondering if anybody has ever bought a place from a tax sale where there are tenants but no proof that they are tenants . What was your experience .
