Hi guys. I’m in search of nice/newer apartments in this area, luxury even. I wfh so it’s really up to my budget to pick the location. I’m looking for a walkable environment that’s safe. Budget is anything under $1700. Bonus if there is a Marta near by. I’ve heard of the Keswick in Chamblee but apparently they have hidden fees ? Lmk
