So, since the main theme of The Finals seems to revlove around AI, the future of bloodsport entertainment and technology, I think the message of the Finals is clear:

The Finals is a game that explores the message of AI being used for entertainment and profit for the sake of quality.

The sponsors in the game are:

OSPUZE: An energy drink company

Volpe: An experimental VR company that might be holding players in a facility and strapping them into VR headsets and haptic feedback suits (I believe there is similar technology found in Rainbow Six Seige training lore IIRC)

ISEUL-T: A fashion brand that wants to transcend identity

Vaiiya: A security company and most likely a key security component to the games in the Finals lore

HOLTOW: An insurance company that seems to be involved with The Finals

DISSUN: An energy company known for its dark cyberpunk aesthetic. Owned and run by CEO Damien Vossler

In some cutscenes, we see Scotty and June getting hacked by CNS. CNS is a hacker that tries to break into the Finals and finds moderate success in doing so before The Finals restarts. The effects of the CNS attack leave us with the SYS$HORIZON map, which seem to be a map that has decayed and fragmented into floating cubes.

CNS most likely represents the outside world finally learning the truth behind the games and the hack was an attempt to shut down the games instead of changing them, but maybe CNS had limited power to fully launch their attack on The Finals

The Finals resets and everything is seeming back to normal, except for the SYS$HORIZON map still lingering

This presents a clear danger about technology: how it can be easy to get hacked in the modern age without the right security. It seems Vaiiya had slipped up and CNS used this chance to slip through and attempt to interfere with the games
