Does NTA give free marks for wrong answer keys or questions?

BROOO what should I do in questions like these.

studying for cbse boards was still fine. because we had subjective answers. but mcqs are obv tougher comparatively. and school mein sandeep garg padhaya tha. my shift is on 21. i solved pyqs and got around 170-180. but those pyqs are from past year. this year toh macro+micro+ied, teeno hain unke liye im solving full subject mocks in which im scoring really bad. very scared. any tips?
