Hi everyone, I'm planning a trip to the USA from the UK, I'm taking a few flights to get to NC but my flight from NYC to nc has been cancelled due to the recent bankruptcy, I booked with kiwi and they have not received my cancellation email and I got the email letting me know I'll need to plan/wait for my next steps at 11 am, basically what Im asking is should I wait for the email and see if kiwi can reroute me or should I book an alternative airline?
