If you are an HRIS manager, do you know every single HCM area of Workday? (Benefits, talent, time and absence, security, compensation, etc) Like if you needed to run the whole system by yourself (workload aside), would you be able to? Or do you have direct reports that specialize in the areas you arent familiar with?
