Is my use too much for college ?

Just graduated from English Lit , best uni in my country, big deal as far as english lit is concerned

I smoked marijuana every night for the past year. This equates to roughly 3-4 grams a month, never more. I don’t smoke cigarettes and rarely drink alcohol. I minimize phone usage and read profusely , exercise, get outdoor time, maintain a relationship with my girlfriend and family, as well as having a social life. I also work part time as a bartender.

I have had multiple breaks over the last year from 4 days to 4 weeks in length.

I take ADHD medication (Ritalin) daily to help my condition which I go through intervals of usage for in order to not wreck my body,

My question is, “Is my usage problematic?”

I know it’s a vague question which relies on a multitude of factors such as job prospects, life direction, satisfaction, mood, etc. But generally my family and friends have reported a noticeable uptick in my sensibility and I’ve maintained friends and relationships longer.

Tangibly I’ve no ambition right now for getting a job in my field as of right now. I’ve finished college and just want to travel and collect skills such as a drivers license, TEFL course, French B1 qualification and a few others , which i’m on track to achieve.

Do you guys think my marijuana usage is problematic? I’ve noticed I don’t go out drinking as much but I do go outdoors more and have fun far more.

I can’t help but shake the feeling this is a disaster for me but my quality of life has only seemed to improve , what are the signs that I need to take a break ? What should be the tell-tale signs of life stagnation due to marijuana ?
