For these types of questions, I can always solve them untimed or in a drill with ease, but then when I take a section or a practice test I get so flustered that I always mess them up. Some people suggest mapping it out straight away, others suggest reading through the stimulus and answer choices and just thinking it through logically. I personally haven't found a strategy that has really worked for me yet but what's people's approach when they see a question like this pop up on the exam.
