So my s340 went offline 2 days ago I pulled it down and it’s completely off with no power. Plugged it into a usb charger and it turns on and works like normal. As soon as u unplug the usb it turns off. My first thought was a dead battery but when it’s plugged into power it says the battery is 100% on the app.

To verify this I have tested the battery and it’s got 3.86v which is just over the battery’s nominal voltage which rules out it’s not the battery. Like some software or board problem I’m not sure but has anyone else had this problem before?
