Need hard review no sugar coating!

On my YouTube I feel like I’m stuck but close to hitting 1K views+ and I feel like my hooks are the issue. But if you guys could give some constructive criticism or feedback on anything that would be Extremely helpful

I would recommend the 3 latest Videos since the further you go down the kinda worser they get. Vice versa up = better
