It seems she has Sin's strive meter mechanic and Mai's moveset without needing to do stances.

I've been obtaining certain character sprite sheets to use for animation studies/purposes, and I was wondering if anyone knew if there's a program out the to properly make use of these Sprite Sheets with these two SNK sheets as an example. Is there something that lets me extract each frame to use, or is this just to show the framework of certain characters in one package?

Also, can I just commend the sprite work SNK puts into their characters?
