About me:
23 years old, just graduated from NYU, work in a law firm. My schedule is kinda busy, but I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. I value a clean, and peaceful living environment, also I’m happy to make friends or hang out with uuuuu!
I cook regularly, and care about keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Outside of work, I love trying new restaurants, traveling, and exploring the city.
I might have friends over sometimes, but I don’t host parties. No pets.
Looking for a roommate who is:
• Female (around 20–30)
• Responsible, respectful, and communicative
• Pays rent on time and has good credit
• Keeps shared spaces clean
• Doesn’t frequently bring guests over (occasional is totally fine)
• No drugs
Apartment preferences:
• 2b1b or 2b2b in Manhattan (midtown or downtown preferred)
• Within 10 minutes of subway
• Laundry in building (or in-unit ideally)
• Budget around $2500-3000/person
•Starts in September, or in the summer, 1 year
