My 3 pro tv backlight strips consistently seem to reset to white after a while (on its own). I don’t have any timers or automations set up, and I noticed that whenever it happens if I open the Govee app, I have to click “Start to experience” each time to get the lights to start syncing with the tv again which is pretty annoying.
Support sent me a replacement and I’m getting the same exact issue, so I’m wondering if this is the default behaviour.
Has anyone else experienced this before or have any ideas?
